Order procedure:

Browsing the site allows the customer to order products by clicking on the "Add to my basket" button. The added products will then be visible at the top right of the site in "My Basket".

At any time the customer can decide to validate his order and proceed to payment by clicking

 on the "Order" button in "My Cart".

The customer is then invited to identify himself by entering his e-mail and password if he is already registered as a customer. Otherwise, the customer can continue his order without creating an account or create one if he wishes (which will facilitate other possible orders) by filling in the fields offered.

It is imperative to provide precise and complete information, such as the billing and delivery address, intended for sending the order and an email address to receive the tracking of your delivery.

Payment validation and security:

During the payment process, the customer will have the choice between paying by credit card or Paypal.

- By credit card : the customer must enter his banking information necessary for the payment of his order. The recorded data will constitute proof of all transactions between the customer and Drums of the Earth.

- By Paypal : you just have to click on the paypal link and follow the payment instructions.

- By bank transfer : You will need to transfer the amount of the invoice to our bank account. You will receive your order confirmation by e-mail, including our bank details and the order number. The goods will be set aside 5 days for you and we will process your order upon receipt of payment.

When the order and payment are validated, the customer will then receive an order confirmation by e-mail from Drums of the Earth, summarizing all the products ordered and the services invoiced.
